11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

We have disclosed the following categories of personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months:
Your Rights
You have rights under certain US state data protection laws. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law. These rights include:
- Right to know whether or not we are processing your personal data
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Right to request the deletion of your personal data
- Right to obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with us
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
- Right to opt out of the processing of your personal data if it is used for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects ("profiling")
Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.
13. PROFILE INFORMATION AND VISIBILITY TO OTHER USERS
FriendSell includes social features that allow other users to view your profile and interact with you. Information displayed on your profile may include your display name, username, profile picture, uploaded photos, biography, and any optional information you include in your About Me fields or displayed widgets.
Depending on the features and widgets displayed, other users may also see information about your in-app activity, such as your profile value, rarity, achievements, skills, virtual gifts, wishlisters, ownership relationships, and selected account statistics. Some interactions, including profile purchases, gifts, and successful rarity upgrades, may appear in activity notifications or the Buzz feed.
You can edit supported profile fields and choose which optional widgets to display. However, removing a widget or hiding an item from your profile does not necessarily delete the underlying information. For example, removing a Gifts Wall widget does not delete gifts you have received or their associated records.
Please include only information and images you intend other users to see. Avoid posting private contact details, identification documents, or sensitive information about yourself or others. Other users may retain screenshots or copies of information they can view, and changing or removing content within FriendSell does not remove copies independently retained by those users.
14. VIRTUAL PROFILE OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS TO ACCOUNT INFORMATION
FriendSell uses terms such as “buy,” “sell,” “owner,” and “owned profile” to describe virtual gameplay relationships within the app. These relationships do not represent ownership of a person or a transfer of their Facebook account, FriendSell account, or rights in their uploaded content.
Buying a profile does not provide access to the profile user’s Facebook password, login credentials, authentication tokens, private payment information, or other account records that are not made available through FriendSell’s permitted features. The profile user continues to control their own account, including supported profile editing and customization.
An in-app ownership relationship may enable specific gameplay features, such as favors, requests, passive rewards, and ownership-related notifications. These features operate within FriendSell’s access rules and do not authorize the owner to sign in as the profile user or access information outside those features.
Profile information that is ordinarily visible to other users may be viewable without purchasing the profile. Purchasing, transferring, releasing, or buying out of a virtual ownership relationship changes the gameplay relationship; it does not itself delete either user’s account or the records associated with that relationship.
15. BUZZ EXPIRATION AND RETENTION OF RELATED RECORDS
Buzz is a temporary social feed. Buzz threads, including profile purchase announcements, gift announcements, and successful appraisal shout-outs, expire from the feed 48 hours after their creation. Expired threads and their associated comments and likes are removed through scheduled cleanup. Expiration from the feed and permanent removal from active storage may therefore occur at different times.
The expiration of a Buzz thread does not delete the event or account records that the thread describes. For example, a gift announcement may expire while the gift remains available in the recipient’s gift history or Gifts Wall. Similarly, purchase and appraisal announcements may expire while the corresponding transaction, ownership, appraisal, or achievement records remain stored separately.
Related records may be retained where necessary to operate account features, maintain accurate virtual balances and ownership histories, verify rewards and achievements, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Their retention is governed by the general retention provisions of this Privacy Policy, rather than the 48-hour Buzz display period.
Closing a notification, removing a displayed widget, or allowing a Buzz thread to expire does not constitute an account deletion request. Any applicable rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information remain subject to the rights and request procedures described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
